Full transcript: A common allergy myth is that food allergy will cause ADHD problems. In reality ADHD is a separate problem than allergies completely. Allergy to foods could be hives, can't breathe, throwing up types of stuff, right away after you eat the food. Testing is really not going to be helpful ,and it's best invest effort and other measures to getting your ADHD better
